We keep overall costs low for you by offering the best shipping services with the most reasonable delivery timeframe. We do not impose any additional taxes at our end.
How do I track my package?
We provide only shipping that can be tracked. You will receive tracking information once your package is shipped. Please reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions anytime.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 business days but may take longer during the festive season when stocks are likely to run out fast.
For US, AU, CA, UK, NZ, once shipped, they would take a further 1-5 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
For Asia, once shipped, they would take a further 2-6 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
For ROW, once shipped, they would take a further 3-8 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
During the festive season, our shippers are more overwhelmed with parcels and deliveries, therefore some delays is to be expected.
Our deliveries are seldom late but when they are, it is usually due to custom delays. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order 50 days from the date you placed your order, we will refund you fully.
May I make changes to my Order/Shipping Address?
When stock is abundant, we usually process and ship orders in 24 hours. You have up to 24 hours from the time you placed your order to notify us of changes. Please contact us at email@example.com to make the change(s). If more than 24 hours have past, we will do our best to accommodate the change, BUT we cannot make any promises.
If the item(s) has already been shipped from our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to the order. You can however, return the incorrect item to us in exchange for the correct one.
Return postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by TFL Bazaar.
